3. Reservations & Payments

Reservation bookings must be submitted online, via phone, or in person, and are subject to availability.

Booking is finalized once a deposit (if required) is received or when a confirmation notice is issued.

Full payment for services is due at check-in or in accordance with invoice terms.

Cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee as outlined in our Cancellation Policy.
4. Pet Health, Vaccinations & Requirements

All pets must be fully vaccinated according to guidelines we require at the time of service (e.g., rabies, distemper, kennel cough). Proof of vaccination is mandatory prior to check-in.

Pets must be free from contagious diseases, external parasites (e.g., fleas, ticks), and show no signs of aggression.

5. Liability & Care

Rampart Kennels strives to provide a safe, clean, and caring environment. However, under no circumstances will the company be liable for any injury, illness, or loss resulting from boarding or daycare, unless due to gross negligence or willful misconduct.
